Title: The results of my biopsy ...

The results of my biopsy came back last week. The lump removed was another mass cell tumor. This has upset David very much, though the vet does not believe that the two tumors I have had are related. David is keeping a sharp eye on me now and checks me almost daily for new lumps and bumps. It is starting to get annoying. How would you like it is someone you trusted and loved would grab you each day and flip you on your back and poke and prod and run you in search of abnormalities? I let hm know just how much I hate it each time he does it.

My surgery area is healing well. I still have the self dissolving stitches and they are not expected to dissolve for another month. But my fur is growing back in that area now and I have been really good and have not been scratching or trying to bite the area.

David bought us a heating pad and a heated cup last month. I am not fond of the pad, but have taken to the cup. I think you can see it on cam 1, it is the while one next to the cat bed. I had not tried it for a long time, so David grabbed me and put me in the cup and would not let me out till I calmed down about being in it. Once I laid there for a bit I began to realize how warm and soft it was! David told me it stays a constant 10 degrees above room temperature and 102 degrees when a cat is in it. All I know is that it is warm and a lot nicer than laying next to the air-vent (that dries me out).

Title: David has been putting me...

David has been putting me in the bedroom every other evening and letting Leo out for a bit now. At first I did not like, but now I really like it. When he comes back to let me out I usually do not want to leave, hoping he will let me stay and sleep with me like we all used to do before Leo came here. I miss those days. Sometimes when I refuse to leave the room David will lay on the bed next to me and read a book for a while. I like it when he does that. It is nice to curl up against his warm leg or side again.

I have been standing at the kitchen counter a lot more lately. David seems to really enjoy it when I do this so I do it more for him. I stand with my front paws reaching up top the countertop and he holds a piece of my food in his had above me. I then reach up and pull the hand near my mouth and he puts the kibble in my mouth! Yummy! David as threatened to put this on video soon and place it on the web site. He says that I am so cute when I do this that no one will be able to think I am mean after watching. I hope no one thinks I am mean. David says that my attitude towards Leo makes some people get annoyed with me. I just do not see how that can be. Are those people blind? Just look at Leo’s picture and see if you do not fill with dislike and have an overwhelming urge to hurt him!

Title: Sorry it has been so long...

Sorry it has been so long since I entered in the journal. David has been hogging the notebook computer a lot the last couple of weeks. He says he is searching for work and studying for some Microsoft test. He is taking the test today so I was able to use the notebook. I hope he does well, but he says he is really nervous and does not do well on tests. If he passes or not I will love him just as much!

The other night when Donna came over and I was out in the main part of the house for the evening, I was full of energy! Donna made a bunch of paper balls for me and I was playing with them and running all over. It seems to make Donna and David laugh and happy when I do something like jump up and run around a table. I do not see why they think it is so great, after all I do not think it is wonderful each time David walks around the coffee table or plays with the notebook. Sometimes I find it hard to follow the thoughts of people.

Itchy has not had the opportunity to get me lately, though David does often feed us together. When Itchy is eating he seems to forget all about me. We even have leaned up against each other when eating.
