Title: Leo woke me about 45 minu...Leo woke me about 45 minutes ago (about 3:30am). He had his first grand-mal seizure in quite some time. I guess it is sort of ironic since we just took him to the vet to make sure his Phenobarbital levels were okay. Still, this being his only grand-mal since last November (that we know of) he is doing very well. It is not a fun sight to see him having one, and I just never get over how scary it is. He is now resting comfortably on the bed and I plan to stay up the rest of the morning watching over him and talking to him. When he has seizures of this level he is pretty tired for at least 24 hours. Electra has not had a bowel movement in several days again. Monday she goes to the vet. The likely hood of her having to go to a university hospital in Colorado is becoming greater. |
