Firstly I am sorry it took me almost 2 days to respond, forgive me I am sitting in the Minneapolis airport on my way home, otherwise I would have repliued when you posted. I am so sorry about all the hardtimes so far this year with the kitties. Yes, no matter how often we suffer losses, the sting of each one does not become less. It is painful and you have every right to be sad, upset and quiet. If there were a magic phrase I could post to make you feel better I would, sadly none exists.

I'm so very sorry, Tim. The losses are always devastating. My little "Washington" was a kitten 10 years ago when his eye ruptured like that. Was a complete shock as I never knew anything was wrong. Of all my cats, he's the only one that ever happened to. Washington was one of my outdoor cats but of course, he was moved inside immediately and he's been living a spoiled and happy existence ever since. 2017 has been a rough year for me personally but not for the furkids. They're all doing great. My last loss was March 2016 but he was one of the special ones, especially close to me, It just never gets easy. John
Hi David,John & Tiger and everybody else who visits here I haven't been posting because 2017 has really been a bad year. Lost Cherohala in Feb which is still really hard and Mercy lost her eye when it ruptured in Feb 1 week after losing Cherohala then Powder left in March and now today I had to let Mystic go. But I am still here just so sad Powder and Mystic were old but I will still miss them I know we have all suffered losses of our cats but it still hurts. Tim
