March 2009
On March 7th 2009 Calliope was to leave and wait for us at the Rainbow Bridge, after a long and hard fought battle with kidney failure. We have lived through far too many painful times like this. It never gets easier. The pain never fully leaves you. Donna took these images over Calliope's last week with us. I decided to not put a tag line below each of her photos. We miss her so very much.
