Much better, thank you.  She was just on the phone trying to coordinate several appointments she has in Columbia so she can do them all at once, rather that make continual trips up there just to answer a few questions for this guy, then answer a few for another, etc.  John

Can't they do the Q&A on the phone or a video call to save the driving time?
