Speaking of taxes, I finished collecting the things for mom's and sent it off to the accountant! Now just mine and the business. Oh Joy.

Oh, I was up extra early a day or 2 and I might have caught your couch-cam at a down time.

Weather only got up to about 10 yesterday and this morning it's 2 below.  I expect that kind of weather around New Year but not around Valentine's Day.  I learned the difference humidity can make in Arizona.  I accidentally went swimming in the Colorado river with my wallet.  When I got out I found some shade and laid everything out to dry.  In just 10 minutes my wallet and everything in it was perfectly dry.  The heat and dry air just sucked all the water out of it.

I've yet to do my taxes.  It's going to be good and confusing this year.  Well, more so than usual anyway.  Hope you can work out a little more leisure time soon.  John

If I remember right, the couch camera is only active 8am to 4pm M-F. So it may not be on yet as it is only 10 to 8 here.

If he had a surprised look it may be APollo. He as perfected that look! We get it a lot.

How much snow did you get? And 6f?? Brrrrrr! I think it was 12f here, twice as warm as you AND we have less humidity, which makes cold feel worse too. Perhaps that is why I do not mind the below zero temps here as much as I mind 18f in New Jersey!

I have not checked out the Time TEam yet. I have been busy since CHristmas with stupid taxes (me, business and mom) and I use the lull to come up with new toy designs and prototype them (working on 4 right now actually). It has cut my normal reading time (my fun time) back to only 30 minutes a day for now. I hate preparing the tax stuff! Why does not all places send out the expected tax forms by the date the IRS says they must? Why are they still coming in??? And they will till next month! grrrr.

This morning, I can't see your couch at all.  The one who was looking at me looked like he was surprised to notice a camera.  Maybe he disconnected it.  I can see the mountain cam though.

Snowed hard yesterday although the temperature was about 33 most of the day, so it was a very wet, very heavy snow.  Then in the middle of the night the wind kicked up and the temperature dropped like the proverbial rock.  So this morning it's 6 degrees andeverything is a block of snowy ice.  It's supposed to hit 33 again today and 6 again tonight.  Yuck.  Just, yuck.

Did you ever check out the "Time Team"?  John

Mark Twain said, "Nothing relaxes like a cat."  Mine snuggles up to me every night lately.  She's always in bed before I am, but she's finally learned that when I come to bed, she doesn't have to attack me anymore, she just moves out of the way.

I check your cams every day and I noiced that there was rarely anybody on the couch, now there's somebody there just about every day.  A couple days ago, one of them was looking straight up at the camera.  Never saw that before.  I'm thinking it was Apollo but I'm not positive.  John
