Cheri came down really sick the day after we got back from Jefferson City.  Terrible sinuses, caughing and generally miserable.  She's been sleeping a lot.  Don't know where she got it.  Not from the kids and not from me.  Possibly from the Jefferson City trip but if so, it came on pretty quickly and very hard.  It's easy to see how much she does for everybody when it all gets left to me!

Last night Karly wanted to go to a play her school put on, "The Trial Of The Big Bad Wolf", by 7th and 8th graders.  At $5 each to see it, I was surprised at how full the auditorium was.  A member of the press, (in the play) came down and asked Karly over a microphone, who her favorite jurror was, and she shyly answered, "Cinderella".  Suddenly embarrassed, she said she'd never get to sleep at night because she didn't think Cinderella was a member of the jury.  I explained to her, Cinderella was indeed a member of the jury, as were Jack and Jill, Little Miss Muffet, Old King Cole, Tom Tom the piper's son, etc.  I'm thinking it'll be one of those things she'll remember long after I'm just a memory.  John

Allergies may be kicking in but she has felt so rotten, I'd think any allergies would be overwhelmed.  The rest of us seem to be OK.  I only had about an hour's sleep last night.  Had to get up and take the kids to school.  Probably sleep a little more in a few hours.  John

Hope Cheri is way on the mend side now.
