I tried to post this earlier and it didn't work, so I'll give it another shot.
Every year, a prime attraction at the State Fair, was the Sea Lion show. This year though, it isn't going to happen. The truck hauling them here had a wreck on the interstate. The Sea Lions were completely unharmed, thankfully.
It was a one-vehicle wreck, so I don't know whether the driver swerved to avoid something, got distracted, or just fell asleep, and I don't know how the driver is. The news was just worried about the Sea Lions. I had to wonder though, whether they may have been traumatized by the accident. Maybe they were, because their shows were canceled.
My shows on the other hand, were not. I work 2 days, all day, at the Fair. I'm sure it'll be in the 90s both days which will make it miserable work, and really makes me wonder about doing this again next year. John
