My SUV is in the shop for a couple days of work and they gave me a loaner. a 2025 Toyota Tacoma. A big honking pickup. I am not liking it all that much. The seat is so up front in the cab it is hard to get in. Does anyone here have a pickup?

No, I haven't driven a pickup for a lot of years, and that was my Dad's.  I usually leaned toward vans.  I could haul equipment or whatever in them no matter what the weather was like.  I have an HHR now, that's kind of like a van, but not really big enough.  John

No truck here for a few years...usually had F150's and a Saab...now I drive a Subaru Outback and Gary has a Suzuki SX4...both getting on in years tho my Subaru just passed the 100,000 mark...so still almost a creampuff....lol.

My SUV (Murano) is about 188k now.

My HHR is creeping up on 200,000 but I really haven't had too much trouble with it...yet.  I've had it to Florida twice, Chicago countless times, do a little in-town driving, but mostly highway.  My biggest complaint now is the unreliable cruise control, which I really like for all the highway driving.  Probably saved me a ton in speeding tickets.

I was wondering for a while now, how is the traffic where you all live?  John

Traffic? In Helena Montana?? If it is a bad day I am behind 1 to 6 cars at a light. THe highway from the house to town on the worst day and time is still sparce. TOday going to the gym (okay, that was 3:30am) there was not one cat on the interstate for over 10 miles.
